*change*

I have FINALLY got some scrapbooking done!! I took a major break from it while I was working on my Big Picture class, so it has been fun to get "playing" with all of my stuff. As always though...I just wish I had more *time* to scrapbook. By the time we get the girls in bed and the house tidied up I'm exhausted. But, this is what I've managed to get done in the past week!! I haven't talked about my "Year to Remember class in a while...this month is all about "change" and I love that. I set a goal back in January to dance onstage in June...well, that opportunity has passed me by. I was planning on spending April and May getting back in shape and choreographing something to perform...but with the Urban Convention that I taught at and then working on my class all of May, I just wasn't able to do it all. So...I'm trying not to feel guilty about it and I'm moving on...setting a new goal that is more realistic for my life right now. Who knows...maybe next year I'll make it on stage again!!

For my new goal I have decided to "do one thing every day to make me a better ME." I'm excited because there are so many things I need to work on...reading my scriptures more, getting more sleep, being more patient...the list could go on. Some days I may have a plan and some days I won't...and that's okay. I just don't want to stress about it...I'll see where "ever day" takes me and what I need to do on that particular day to better myself.

I've also gotten caught up on my April and May layouts as well...it has been fun to do...to just take Heidi's ideas and go with them. I always feel a bit lame that I just completley "lift" her layouts, but it's fun to do what she's taught and then make it my own later...so thank you, Heidi!

And I've finally gotten my hands on some of the new stuff by Elsie. I love how funky and free it all is...very, very fun and inspiring!!

Okay, I have a screaming baby...time for a nap (for her!) and then time to think about dinner and get ready for "So You Think You Can Dance" tonight...yay!!

Talia:)

(Oh, and P.S...I bought the perfect bra at Old Navy in the girls (yes, the GIRLS) section today...slightly padded with no underwire... what can I say, after 2 kids I am absolutely flat and the bra thing has become an issue lately...hehe!)

Your June layout is sweet. Very cute. Did you love this month's challenge? And I can't get over how much Gabby resembles you as a baby (in your May layout)!

Super cute stuff, Tal. Don't even sweat the dance goal thing. Look at all the amazing things you've done in the last couple months. It's certainly not like you've been sitting around doing nothing! Besides, I think it fits nicely with your 'change' theme. Plans, goals, ideas...they all are subject to change and sometimes we just have to roll with it! We know you'll be back on that stage one day, and in the mean time you can continue to amaze and inspire us with all the other great things you do! Jody
