valentine's

So this was the reason for our little "valentine's photoshoot" that we did a few weeks ago...to give away as the girls valentine's this year. It seems that one project has morphed into the next with these photos, and that's just fine by me! From the hanging valentine's, to the blog banner, to the valentine card I sent out to our families...now to these! Fun, fun!

Anyways, I just wanted to share these if you haven't done any valentine's with your kids yet. I did these up on the computer, printed the pics at costco and tied them to a heart sucker. Easy-peasy. And I figure the kids are young enough that they won't be embarrassed to give out valentine's with their faces on them. Haha!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I turned 29 yesterday. AAaahhh! Feeling old. Graham took me out on Friday night and it was nice to eat, chat and see a movie without worrying about snacks, running kids to the potty, bathtimes, bedtimes, etc, etc, etc. A good enough birthday present for me! Oh, and my sister and niece took the girls after church yesterday, so I slept aaaaaallllllll afternoon. It was glorious, thank you!!

:)

I'm so glad you posted this! I printed off similar cards for my girls' valentines, AND I have a bag full of lollipops to attach and I wasn't sure HOW to do it! I hope you don't mind if I steal the cute ribbon idea! You always have such fun ideas, and your girls look adorable in those photos!

P.S.
Happy birthday! I recently turned 30, and it doesn't feel any older than 29 did. Besides, you look like you could be 20!

I like your new blog banner. Cute! Happy Birthday. I turned 29 this year and for some reason, I felt so old with this birthday. You look really great though. I had no idea you were turning 29.

Happy Birthday Talia! You are still so young and fresh. :) It is so nice to get a little break from being a mom. We all need them.

Love these Valentines! I think I am going to do my "not as nice pictures but oh well" version of these. :D

I'm trying to be ahead of the game this year and figured that you'd have a cute idea for kids valentine's and sure enough, here they are...just curious. were the hearts that the girls are holding plaina and you added the text in photoshop? I'm going to get photos done today or tomorrow, before I send my lens in to Canon for a tune up....LOVE this idea!
Thanks!
